In 1940 the Duldig family found themselves behind barbed wire, interned as enemy aliens in country Victoria. The exhibition examines why this happened, and how Karl continued to create art – despite these difficult circumstances.

Commendation – 2015 Victorian Community History Awards for Historical Interpretation.
